I.V.P. MUSIC VIDEO
This is a music video for the song "I.V.P." from Snakeskin's 2024 album, Summoning Suit. In the video, we are in the highlands of southeastern Iceland. Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest glacier, fills the horizon, sitting on the mountaintops like a titanic starfish. Snake is there as three apparitions in flowing robes, dancing and singing. The Summoning Suit appears in the sky. Snake holds her hand out, but is she ready to accept it? It splits into hundreds of shards which Snake absorbs into her hand. Winchmimes, the strange black creatures seen in Wasabi, descend like spiders from a web. What happened?
I.V.P. was filmed on location. Vatnajökull is slowly retreating and will halve in size by 2100.
